Mary has been using alternative health care methods since the late 1970's. She discovered the amazing effects of essential oils and flower essences 25 years ago and has used them to support herself through many changes - including career, unexpected life changes and intentional shifts of consciousness. She has been using gems and minerals in her meditation practice and daily life since the mid-80's and is passionate about the healing abilities, support and guidance we can receive from our plant and mineral friends. These earth elements of flowers, gems and minerals are attuned to our vibration and have enormous power to support us in our daily lives.
